Class Details:
- SPINNING/Cycling: Indoor cycling class that helps build physical strength and increase cardio endurance. The class intensity is up to you, so all fitness levels will excel in the same class!
- Fully Body HIIT: Full body workout that incorporates strength and cardio. Great for all fitness levels!
- Lower Body HIIT: Strengthen & tone the lower body in a circuit-style interval workout!
- Pilates: Strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and feel your best in this dynamic, all-levels Pilates class.
- Upper Body HIIT: Strengthen & tone the upper body in a circuit-style interval workout!
- Yin Yoga: Yoga flow that blends deep, restorative stretches with mindful stillness. Perfect for anyone looking to relax, release tension, and improve flexibility.
- Yoga: Dynamic flows that promote strength and endurance, while increasing body and mind awareness. Great for all fitness levels!
- Zen Yoga: Yoga with blends of gentle movement, breathwork, and mindfulness to promote relaxation and balance.
- Strength Training (small group): This 30-minute small group session combines intervals of work and rest using different machines in the gym. You work at your own pace and build strength!
- Sunrise Yoga: Start your day with a refreshing, all-levels group yoga session focused on stretching, breathing, and mindfulness to energize your body and mind for the day.
Certification Information
ONLINE EXAMINATION INFORMATION
Youngstown State University is a hosting site for the American Council on Exercise (ACE) & American College on Sports and Medicine (ACSM) Online Examinations. All examinations are offered in the Comprehensive Testing Center, located in Meshel Hall.
